payment
All photoshoot bookings with Meredith Rose Photography require a 10% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot in Meredith's bookings calendar. Please note that this is not an additional fee and will count towards your final session price. Your booking with Meredith Rose Photography will not be guaranteed/secured until the booking deposit has been made. The remaining payment is due by the date of your session. Photos will not be delivered until payment is made in full.

cancellation/rain policy
As the majority of Meredith Rose Photography's sessions are done outside, weather plays a huge factor. After you have secured your date/time in Meredith Rose Photography's bookings calendar, you can expect a check-in with Meredith about a week prior to your session to discuss weather and other details. If adjustments need to be made based on weather or another factor, please contact Meredith at least 48 hours prior to your photoshoot.

frequently asked questions
How far in advance can I book a session?
As much as you like! Even if you don't have a specific date in mind, Meredith would be happy to hear from you to start discussing potential dates that may work in the future we can both build our calendars accordingly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Meredith Rose Photography accepts cash, check, and Venmo. Checks can be made payable to Meredith Rose Photography, LLC. Please click here for a link to my Venmo @meredithrosephotography.

What if it rains on the date of my shoot?
Meredith will work with you in the week leading up to your photoshoot to keep an eye on the weather and do the best we can to avoid rain. A final decision on rescheduling will be made at least 24 hours prior to your photoshoot.

What should I wear and bring to my photoshoot?
Wear something that makes you feel confident and the most like yourself! Meredith Rose Photography does not place a limit on how many outfit changes you do throughout your photoshoot, but please keep in mind that it will count towards your session time. You can also bring any props to your shoot that you want included. Please be sure to steam/iron any clothes and accessories prior to your photoshoot to avoid wrinkles in your photos. Feel free to bring any makeup for touchups throughout the day and a pair of comfy shoes and a jacket on colder days for walking in between locations.

Can I bring a friend/family to my photoshoot?
Friends and family are welcome to come along to your shoot but please only bring people that you feel totally comfortable around! Sometimes a large entourage can be a bit distracting and cause stress to the client.

Can I include a friend or partner in my photos?
For an individual session, you can include a second person in a few of your photos, but please keep in mind that those will count towards your session time and edited photo count. If you want to include a second person in the majority of your photos, you will need to adjust to the couples package.

How long does it take to edit photos?
Typically you can expect your edited photos to be delivered within 1-2 weeks following your photoshoot. During busy times, specifically graduation weeks, Meredith will work with your group to provide you with a few edited photos prior to graduation and the rest will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Can I print my photos?
Yes! Please be sure to read the guidelines on printing to ensure your photos print in the highest quality possible. If you need suggestions for places to get your photos printed, click here. Please note that some professional printers require a statement of release in order to print professional photos. If you are in need of one of these statements, please contact Meredith.

Can I see the rest of my unedited photos?
Meredith Rose Photography does not provide clients with unedited photos. The photo selection process is very intricate and Meredith ensures that she is selecting the photos that will provide the best quality after retouching and editing. Throughout your photoshoot, feel free to tell Meredith which locations/poses you love the most and she will be sure to include those in your completed photos. Photo editing is a signature part of each photographer's style and Meredith Rose Photography asks that clients do not do any additional editing to photos after they have been delivered.
